Light Academy
Discovery, training, perseverance and character
The Light Academy programme covers primary, middle and high school levels. The curriculum for primary and secondary school includes the core subjects in English such as Language Arts, Math, Reading, Social Studies, Science and Bible and is complemented by lessons in English Language, Sport and Movement, Music and Arts, all of which cover the specific learning objectives for these levels.
The materials approach the content from a Christian perspective and help the child to grow and develop harmoniously and holistically, touching all areas of life development, cognitive, social-relational, artistic and emotional as well as spiritual.
In the primary and secondary programme, the child is guided towards discovering, shaping and developing personal skills and prepares him/her for sustained effort towards future personal goals.
Character is defined and strengthened during this period and values and principles are assimilated that will be an important landmark throughout life.
